Job Description:

• Operate and monitor roasting equipment to produce consistent, high-quality coffee batches.
• Measure, record, and adjust roasting parameters (time, temperature, airflow) for each roast profile.
• Inspect raw coffee beans for quality and defects before roasting.
• Package roasted coffee accurately and label according to production standards.
• Clean and maintain roasting machinery and workspace daily to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Assist with inventory management, tracking green and roasted bean quantities.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily roasting targets and maintain product excellence.
