Job Description:

• Operate and monitor coffee roasting equipment to achieve consistent roast profiles.
• Measure, record, and adjust roast parameters (time, temperature, airflow) for each batch.
• Inspect green coffee beans for quality, moisture, and defects before roasting.
• Calibrate roaster machinery and perform daily start-up, cleaning, and shutdown procedures.
• Package roasted beans accurately by weight and ensure freshness sealing.
• Maintain detailed logs of batches, roast curves, and production notes.
• Assist in cupping and taste evaluations to ensure quality control.
• Manage small-scale inventory of green and roasted beans, packaging, and consumables.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily production schedules.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the roasting and storage areas.
