Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a small coffee roasting and packaging warehouse.
• Manage roasting schedules, inventory, and order fulfillment to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Supervise a small team of roasters, packers, and delivery staff, ensuring consistent product quality.
• Monitor roasting profiles, grinding consistency, and freshness to maintain brand standards.
• Handle raw coffee bean intake, storage, and rotation using FIFO systems.
• Maintain and operate roasting, sealing, and grinding machines, ensuring regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Implement basic quality control and hygiene checks in line with food safety standards (HACCP/GHP).
• Track supply levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage small-scale procurement.
• Prepare simple daily reports on output, stock levels, and equipment issues.
• Support logistics coordination for deliveries to cafés, retailers, and customers.
