Job Description:

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Operate the food truck kitchen efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Handle customer orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing supplies, ingredients, and packaging.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, following all Malta Health & Safety regulations.
• Manage cash or POS transactions, ensuring accurate billing and receipts.
• Assist with setup, closing, and mobility of the food truck, ensuring readiness for service each day.
