Collaboration:Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
Patient Education:Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.Promote health and wellness through patient education.
Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.Document changes in patient condition and nursing interventions.
Quality Improvement:Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
